Working together with the top management we orchestrate the necessary change measures and optimally embed them into the strategic change processes. Through Direct and Spirit Coaching we empower managers and key players to achieve specific, personal goals within the desired time frame. These goals may be related to change processes in companies, but do not necessarily need to be.

Change Spirit is designed for top executives and focuses on integrating yogic techniques to help them manage their energy balance efficiently, strengthen their leadership character and ultimately gain greater natural authority and charisma.

With the top managers being the central culture bearers, it is only if they themselves show a willingness and an ability to change that we can expect to see positive and powerful repercussions materializing in the ability of the enterprise to master change.
